better not be a repost, searched chevy, son, impala and nothing came up

what are you gay? It's a car...no reason to cry over.

Seriously though that's an awesome video. I really enjoyed watching it

how could you cry at that?

its still a hunk of metal that gets you places

car people fucking kill me.

you searched a fake advertising campaign about a shitty old car and nothing came up? thats weird

sorry but this is one of my least favorite commercials on tv and I always wonder who actually believes that type of fake reality advertising

that video was great.... It would be amazing to find one of my dads first car. I would die for a BMW 2002 tii

My father bought a 95' Mazda Millennia ss that was his baby... Washed an waxed it every weekend for years. He gave it to me as my first car, i was in a wreck in the snow.. then my sister drove it and kind of trashed my dads baby. Since then it has sat in the street collecting rust.
For his 50th birthday (2 years) i Want to fix it up and restore it to the beauty that it once was in his eyes. that would probably be one of my first big purchase with my new income after college.

i dont see how one could possibly cry over that? Get cancer, then you can cry. But over finding a car that you sold a few years back? naaaa

sounds like a lot of E-Tuff guys in here
its alright, you can cry every once in awhile, not just when your favorite UFC fighter loses.

if you dont find this hear warming then you obviously arent a car person.......

great find OP i really enjoyed that

yeah it is- Jalopnick did a write up- vin numbers and everything the car the people everything was real you schmuck

both sons are professors, they tricked the dad into thinking they were filming a piece on the brothers.

game over for you turd

That was so heartwarming. My Dad has kept alive a 1967 Pontiac Pariesienne (Basically a Canadian version of the Impala; same chasis etc...) that was both my Grandfather's and Uncle's. Definitely my father's pride and joy.

nah you definitely cried over shitty acting in a commercial. the story might be real but the whole video was staged. theres no way GM would invest that much in a commercial and leave its outcome to chance. what if the guy had said "holy shit" right when he saw the car? the commercial would be pretty much worthless, and if a guy in Kansas with no advertising experience can think of this issue Im pretty sure the people in GMs marketing department did to. It was way too perfect to be real, te dad is a bad actor, and theres too much at stake for GM to not script every single part of that thing.
