Not Another Edit Critique

I guess this is my first "real" edit, meaning this is the first time I used Final Cut.

It's just one day of footy and I threw it together rather fast, but I'm proud of actually producing something that I can consider decent.

I know it's amazing or anything, but I was just trying to capture the vibe of one of the best days I've had this year.

I have a couple questions...

1. I feel like a lost some quality when I was exporting. What is the proper way to get it on the internet without losing quality?

2. I didn't really know how to edit much besides just adding a few transitions and such. I know I should watch better edits, but maybe there's something specific I can do...

It was pretty nice, just get closer to the person you are filming if you are using a gopro becuase it already has a wide angle lense
