what does this mean? How do you ski when you do one of this things?

do lean back on tail press and forward on nose press???

Explain please

nose and tail presses are when u grid a box or rail with the nose or tail part of your ski...

he got it^. typically, i say it is a proper nose or tail press when it is above or below the bindigns on the ski. buttering is pivoting on your tips and tails, and typically poping into a spin onto something
