I did this internship when I was in College for about a year. You pretty much are a financial Representative that is selling life insurance and working and refering investment (retirement, business insurance etc.) I REALLY liked the office that I worked in and all the people were really cool and we did lots of fun company things. But overall I didnt make any money because I knew noone since I only went to school in that city. But thats pretty much how all interships are, Free labor for the company and hopefully you learn something. It's a grind being commission like that but im glad I did that and learned what I did. Hope that helps! Northwestern Mutual is a Super solid company also btw.
