On the 23rd I completely separated my ACL. Totally overshot the first jump at the 'nut going switch. First run, very enjoyable.

I know this is quite a long shot, but can anyone recommend any premier sports doctors who specialize in ACL surgery, or any doctor that you had good results with?

Thanks homies.

Well, where specifically in the Northeast? I got mine done in March in CT and I would highly recommend the same doctor.

dr busconi in worcester at umass memorial or one of the other branches of the umass hospital. he dealt with me when i tore my mcl, and did my friends acl and meniscus. he's a really good doctor and had done it for a bunch of athletes.

had shoulders done by Roy Beebee of Old Avon Orthopedics, Avon. CT.

he was highly recomended to me, and i highly recommend him. He's no frills, no nonsense. The physical therapy was the most important aspect however and that was done at the UCONN Medical Center. again, highly recommend

Dr. Lyle Micheli of Children's Hospital Boston Sports Medicine Clinic. He is one of the top knee surgeons in the country. I found him to be a super nice guy and very optimistic about my recovery. Be advised, it does take many months to get into an appointment with him. There are about 20 sports medicine doctors in this office, and every doctor that I have ever seen there has been nothing short of excellent.
