Nordica Supercharger Ignition

i was looking at this boot on untracked .com and it says there's a twin energy booster strap (by BOOSTER). Is this the same booster strap that everyone raves about? that's supposed to help shin bang

the booster strap came form nordica, and the straps on their supercharger spark boot, are elastic much like the booster strap, so it is probably almost the same exact thing
