Nordica ignition or tecnica agent?

the boots are really similar so it just depends on what color you like better. i ride tecnicas so id say tecnicas. a + that the nordicas have is that shock eracing boot board and thats really nice to have when your hucking stuff. the tecnicas have a similar dampinar i wouldnt say its as good as the nordicas but a dr. sholls type sole would help.
 
how about flex. im 13. 110 pounds, do i want 80 or 95 flex or the tecnicas and also on the nordica. is more or less flex better for park.
