Thanks for watching and the feedback!
As far as the overlays goes, I was trying to show two things here:
First, the dichotomy of the people looking into the city, and the chaos and speed of life within that city. Second, I was trying to show the emotions I felt while being in the city for only a few days - rushing, lots of sounds, images, people when in the city (overlays), and a moment to step back and reflect on the experience when outside the city (no overlay, hard cuts). I cut for a variety of reasons, and in the end I thought the overlay and the hard cut was the most appropriate way to show this dichotomy, slowing it down at the very end for a moment of reflection.
As far as stability goes, I appreciate the feedback. I wish I had some sort of stabilization, but I was going hand held, run and gun for the trip. In retrospect, would have loved a bit less shake on some of the shots, and could've done with some sort of stabilization.
Nonetheless, I always appreciate the feedback, and thanks for watching!
