do you feel limited as far as flex goes without full tilts. I'm getting new boots and they will not be full tilts and honestly I'm just a little intimidated that i will not be able to ski the same without them.

Most overlap boots do feature some kind of flex adjustment. I would not worry too much. Generally speaking simply makin a boot stiff fore and after won't help it ski better. You need to stiffen a boot laterally to ski it harder and this can not be done with full tilts. Overlap boots will use differnt thickness and stiffness plastics to match the forward flex to the lateral strength. If this does not make sense don't worry just think of it thi way. If you buy a 100 flex overlap boot it will ski like a 100 Unlike a full tilt which will ski pretty similar no matter what tounge you use.

Don't give into the marketing Full Tilt puts out their. Contrary to popular belief, the best boot for your feet are the ones that fit. Full Tilts tongue system is just a fancy way of saying, hey look at how these flex.

IF THEY FIT BUY NORDICA BOOTS BEST BOOT EVER FUCK FULL TILTS EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE COOL AND LOOK AWESOME DONT BUY INTO THE CAMPAIGN I AM NOW TANNER HALL CAUSE IM TYPING IN CAPS BUT YEAH

I have used Lange (get them for super low prices cause my dad is a mtn. Rep) almost all my life, with the exception of a pair of nordica's.

This was my first season on full tilts, and they are actually not that much different than your average ski boot. No need to be intimidated

I rode full tilts for a few seasons. Went to a boot fitter last season when I could finally afford it. I was fit into technicas, I do not miss the full tilts at all.

thanks guys this is all helpful insight. I have access to a boot fitter for free so I've been trying a bunch of different boots. I'm making the final decision tomorrow. it looks like its gonna be back to 4 buckles for me. ill keep you guys posted!
