Non-fancy-gui-editor embed not working

When the embed feature was first introduced, it only worked on the fancy editor, and it seems to have gone back to that again. I can't embed without the fancy GUI editor anymore, and I've been doing it for the last howeverlongithasbeen. Broken? It seems like its not just me (look at NSG).

yeah it's annoying i had a good video to post, and it didn't work then some kids worked in the thread and more didn't i wish it alll worked!
