NOLS

This sept. Im heading off to the rockies to do a NOLS Rocky Mountain Semester with backpacking, rockclimbing, canyoneering, WFR, and BC skiing....stoked. Does anyone have any experience/ input about NOLS programs?!

i did the Wind River Wilderness 30 day backpacking course in 2003, it was fuckin sick man, you'll have a good time

That's awesome man, you'll love it. I did Glacier Travel in Alaska and it was amazing. When Im done with school next year Im hopefully getting a job as an instructor next summer.

my friend did the expert backpacking one in the yukon last summer. he said it was the craziest shit he's ever done. definitely recommended it.

Once you get your WFR you can ski patrol at most ski areas too. One of the things im looking forward to next year.
