usually an ollie is when your feet are positioned to the back of the board.
Ollie: One foot is at the back of the board, and one foot is in the middle. You press back on the back of the board and bring the middle foot forward giving you air.
Nollie: It is almost the exact same thing as an Ollie except....Instead of one foot is at the front of the board instead of the back. Your feet are positioned to pop off at the front of the board. So one foot is at the front of the board and one foot is at the middle.

If your normal back foot is your left, like this on the board, than its like this

to nollie, keep traveling the same way, move your right foot foreward and then your left. Push down hard with your right foot and at the same time, slide your left foot up the board a few inches. Nollie.

alright, for you to try to understand, your regualr psoitioning is your right foot is on the tail and left foot somewhere near the front bolts, you ollie from that position, if your left foot was on the tail and your right foot near the fron bolts, it is a switch ollie, because it is 'unnatural' that way, a fakie ollie si when your right foot is on the nose and left foot somewhere near the tail, you pop of your nose but you are using your regualr footing, a nollie is when your left foot is on the nose and right foot somewhere near the bolts, you pop off your nose there but you are poping with your 'unnatrual' foot
