I freakin destroyed my left shin on a 20 footer on friday, now I can't go skiing today because it hurts so bad. I took advil and iced it all last night, but it still hurts like a bitch.

Ironically enough, it wasn't that I didn't have enough speed to clear the landing, its that I had so much speed I completely cleared the landing. I missed the flat after the lip and landed flat after the landing.. My left ski popped off and I boot skiied for a bit before rolling to a stop, now my leg hurts like a bitch.... Fuck me....

I googled shinbang for kicks and realized that there is no urban dictionary entry on it.

Do your work NS...

I'll sacrifice my entry for a medical definition.
 
shingbang is just the skier name of shin splints. Its just like any other muscle, if you over work it and keep banging it, it will hurt. Eventually you can end up getting micro fractures in your shin
