No Poles, Track Suit, Leg Bag

steve, if i had a really cool pair of shoes that were this crazy colour, and i walked by and said nothing about it you would be like damn that kid has cool shoes. But if i walked up to you and was like "check out how controversially cool my shoes are" you would be like, wow that kid is a douchebag.

but flaunting is cool.
 
I see what you mean, but I'm guessing you didn't see the NSG post about this. This is more of an add-on from that since he is a pretty controversial guy.
 
Here's my opinion:

You wanna have "your own" style and image, fine. Don't obsess about it and don't fucking make threads for people to comment on your "extreme" style. Yes, you (hiram) are a good skier and most of your stuff looks good but stop being such an attention whore. And I know he didn't make this specific thread.
 
I've gotta agree, with Dandoy and Tomskee...I mean the I like the picture, and all of the accoutrement that goes with it, and Hiram is a pretty good skier...plus I like his shit...but they whole....I'm making a post to show how fucking wild and unique my stlye is, kind of kills the idea of your own personal shit. Keep taking these pictures, please keep going no poles, but don't make more threads asking to get bashed or start another ridiclous no poles argument...we all know no poles is the fucking sickest.
 
haha... no poles and airblasters are lame... i wouldn't be caught dead riding with that steeze... for those of u who like to do ur own thing, more power to ya! i choose to keep it simple... keep the poles, lose the leg bag.
 
For those that can't read; I made the post, not Hiram. He just skis and hires little kids to post on the internet for him.
 
chase is so sick, i dont think anyone on this site could watch him and trevor go no poles and say they dont make it look sick. plue they have been doing it for a long time now.
 
Haha Hiram always messages me claiming he has no poles and a leg bag but I thought he was joking until now!
 
personally i dont find that style very unique or original (except maybe the track suit). it's simply every one of the latest fads in skiing at the same time (all white, goggle sag, no poles, leg purse). when Bishop used to dangle a rubber chicken from his belt; now THAT was a unique style.
