if i see another movie where they scream "dudududududu" or "brrrrrrr" or any form of gun sound after they land a trick, i will boycott that movie. the harlaut movie had way too many of them, and i got ptsd when i heard it in the buldoz movie.

sure you wanna be gangsta, but making fake gun sounds is stupid.

OP I’m on the Ozzy Osbourne wave. I bite the heads off small animals before I drop in and my homies dump the blood bucket on me after I pull a new learn.

Which airplane sound? Airplanes make lots of sounds. You talking like P-47 18-cylinder radial? B-1 after burning turbofan times 4? The wooshing wind over a silent gliders wings? Or the best sound - Airbus hydraulic pumps barking/whining noise?

It's all those European guys...

They're just jealous of guns we've got in the US,

Let 'em make their fun noises

Yeah, wish we had those school shootings over here too

I knew this one was coming, I think we can both agree that those are tragic and there is no "tit for tat" on that subject.

I'm surprised that the Bobby hasn't shown up on the hill to throw Henrik Harlaut and those Euro Boys in the back of a paddywagon for all those gun noises

yeah, it's beyond horrible. it does prove that there is something wrong with gun laws

At this point what is the appropriate reaction after landing a trick? The gun sound is cringe, yewww is cringe, smiling and looking happy like the bunch is cringe, I’m pretty sure this entire sport is one big cringe fest so I’m just going to embrace it

being happy is cool man. best ones is the ones where they land and look dead serious, and when they realize that they laced it their face just lights up with joy. so nice, thinking especially Dak in take 3 (26:55)

I like the whole no reaction thing personally. Or like making a no big deal kinda face. I’m not a celebration after trick hater either, but stone cold American psycho face after lacing something heavy is sick

airbus hydraulic pumps barking is definitely my favorite one but i'm still working on it. my most reliable sound is when the cooling systems thump and woosh when the engines change because of increased RPM during takeoff.

No this is cringe too because it’s overly hardo vibes, the only solution to not being cringe is to stop skiing

Actual gun noises still cool? Really wanting to drop this hunting season edit without being cringe. Big bucks and bigger hucks!

in my opinion it is acceptable for the golden era edits, would feel weird to take it serious now a days. but ironic also is very acceptable.

No, regardless of the laws killers are killers and they will find access to guns.

The right to bear arms is a symbol of freedom, our personal protection from criminals, foreign invasion, and our own government. I like the idea that I can defend myself and not be forced to surrender or flee when shit hits the fan.

«Guns are a symbol of freedom» that just puts a bad taste in my mouth, but you do you.

That’s a small part removed from my post, was hoping to hear more relating to my overall point. But fair enough. I can agree to disagree.

Gotta love the "killers are killers". Not like a lot of people that kill people are people that had a reason and an opportunity. It's interesting the way we separate it.

Also love that we're going to defend against a foreign invasion with our guns, sure. Our biggest asset is probably geography and the friggin oceans against that. At the same time I kind of wish a country would invade sometime so we could see what it's like.

Plenty of the "you can't come here and mess up my freedoms" types would be stoked if another country tried to set a military base somewhere in America. It's fine if we do it because we breathe freedom or something red white and blue the new crayola crayons don't run.

It's more an extension of two things. 1. Guns are fun, pew pew pew. And 2. Look at my dick, pew pew pew.

Everything else is generally an after thought to beef up a backing for the views. Or people are delusional. I mean, you mention my favorite about standing up to the government. People are down with sketch ass laws as long as they come from the republican party and allegedly target terrorists or immigrants. If people literally support and vote for laws that take away their freedoms I think it's pretty laughable that they're going to stand up against them in the streets. Not even getting into the logistics of that and how poorly it would go.

Just another, look at my dick freedom, gun go pew pew pew.

Okay, I think I follow - you're saying that owning a gun can influence someone to go through with an attack? Whereas if they didn't have a firearm they likely wouldn't have acted on that impulse. If so, I think that's a pretty good point. It could make the average joe into a killer.

However, most of these attacks aren't being done by your clean record average Joe. It's the people who live lives of crime and that's where I make that separation in saying killers are killers.

Yea idk, probably lots of militias and most cities/town would be safe havens against a boots on the ground type invasion. I doubt that will ever happen nowadays.

I get it. I just think we go hard into the criminal/killer whatever label. A lot of stuff is opportunity. I def agree that for some stuff if you've done it you're more likely to be down to do it again. Our "correctional" system isn't very good at reforming people. Fixing some issues with that could definitely have an impact on crime.

Idk, a lot of militias seems like kooks honestly. Kind of like biker gangs. It's a cool club, you're hard af, but what do you really do. I doubt it will ever happen either. Extremely unlikely. i just think we look at war as something that happens to people who don't matter in foreign places. It's other cultures, and we don't see them as people. A family gets blown up, meh it's those people. A city is bombed to nothing after a war, meh, it's some other place.

We're really good about seeing America as completely different. I don't think it would be good honestly, I just wish people had some perspective on things. We're so ready to blow up shit in the name of freedom, I wish we could experience what that feels like. Or at least understand without if that's possible.

It's not going to happen so it doesn't matter. War is patriotic and 100% freedom, regardless of the location the people, the war, anything; It's always justified and righteous because we're America. That's the vibe, and that's 100% bullshit. But saying that means you're a communist, un patriotic, you don't support the troops whatever that means, etc.

Shits weird.
