wasssup everyone,

It's been three weeks that I am no longer able to cork 7 or 9. I hurt my back while trying to land dub font n dub back and after 1 week of rest nothing work for the cork.... I was landing it so easy before my injury!

Is it already happened to someone before?? if so, how did you manage to land it again??

I wanted to try it on ski this winter n i would be so stoked if anyone could help me!

THANKS

i used to be able to misty 5 on tramp every single try, one day i couldnt land it and was so committed to land it i tryed probaly 50 trys and didnt land it, came back few days later and landed first try, i dont know why this happens but might have to do with what kind of state your mind is in that day or if your really tired, maybe try another day for the cork 7 when youve rested

i have a similar problem, i feel like i get worse at trampolines on some days... There are days where i can progress and push that extra 180 to a 12 or 14, but there are also days where i can barely do 9's... On those days i work on style, tweaks and different things, it takes my mind of everything and is so much fun, you should try that and on a good day, you'll be able to push those corks.

big love pour les conseil du QC !

because instead of a cork 7 or 9 im doing a switch misty 5 n it make me MAD pist!

thats probably my case because i finaly stomp dub back n dub front and after this i wasnt able to cork ! so what did u do to land it again?

i used to throw underflips on skis like every run and then i "lost the trick" and can no longer do them. i just end up throwing like a weird cork 7 and landing on my ass

Just go back to square one and just do 3's onto your back then spin 3 back to your feet until u get the feel of doing a cork again then before u know it u'll be doin corks like nuthin.

I had sw 5's down, next season i didnt land a single sw 3. The next year i got sw 3's and 5's on my first trys. I think a lot of it is mental. It will come, be patient my friend

I lost K-feds for a bit as crazy as that sounds. I just couldn't make it work in my mind or on the rail anymore. I gained them back after a bit of time but regardless, it happens. I wouldn't worry about it.

last spring and summer i could cork 7 and nine and the this past fall i couldn't do it all season. My set got fucked up or something.

work on more basic tricks to get your confidence up. focus on the little details that go in to the trick and perfect them, then after a while you should be ready to do bigger tricks again, this happens a lot when i get hurt it takes a day or so to get back to full speed. you're not alone

Can hardly do any of the tricks i used to be able to do due to ongoing back issues for the past 4 years. So depressing and such a fucking drag /self pity rantBut good luck to you sir

Work on a different, completely unrelated trick for a while. If you're failing miserably you start to massively overthink every aspect of it and you end up just throwing a big mess in the air because you're trying too hard to do one part of it.

This happens with cork 7's on the tramp so much for me. I've found that if I don't think about it too much and really commit then I wiill at least get the rotation
