I really like the band. Hopefully Courtney Love will be ordered to give over the unreleased recordings.

Take a listen to The Pixies. They influenced Nirvana and are probably the first grunge band.

 
Yes one of the most influencal bands of the time! Very good music and still love listening to them!

I think I should probably listen to them. I focused so much on my time for a while and then so much on the 60's and 70's that I didn't even focus on my early childhood. They were around when I was old enough to listen to music, but I wasn't listening to anyone really. I missed them and I should make up for lost time now.

I need to read that article... It sounds really interesting. I remember hearing about Kurt Cobain, and Nirvana when I was younger, but I wasn't really old enough to give them much thought. I should really listen to more of their music. I've heard great things about it.

Me: 'How come every time we talk, the subject of my mum using drugs comes up?'

James: 'It doesn't.'

Me: 'It does though.'

James: 'Yeah, it really does.'

(Ten minutes later.)

James: 'Ha! Your mum on drugs!!!'

yeah nirvanas cool aye ppl i got into when i was real little and now i still like it along with punk - its not commercialised shit aye. i love good music and nirvana is definetly good on my scal 10/10.
