Nintendo emulator for mac

anybody know of a good emulator profram and way to download roms? i know you can do this on windows is there any good way to get sweet ass games on a mac?
 
I have a PC and was playing mario 64 last year and my room mate has a mac and he was able to download it for his computer too. he got addicted. i dont know where from though. google it and try some.
 
ive tried a few different programs and they were not really user friendly. ive even looked in some tech geek forums and they weren't really any help. all im looking is a simple way to play mike tysons super punch out for nes. is that so hard?
