If anyone has used this for re-waterproofing please help! I already washed my jacket with the Tech Wash product and want to re-proof it now so I got the TX Direct Wash In (also from Nikwax). Bottle instructions and web site say to throw in the washer again.. but that doesn't makes sense since i already washed it with the other product. Should i just apply and coat it by hand? If so, how much do i need to use?
 
Just follow the direction on the bottle and throw it in the wash. If you're just doing a single item, then doing it by hand shouldn't be too hard. Applying it undiluted or other than the directions on the bottle will just be a waste.
 
Throw it in the fucking wash like the bottle says.

There are 2 kinds of nikwax DWR: spray on and wash in. You bought wash in, but it in the wash and follow the directions.
