they are still paying the price for neglecting video for dslr, technically Nikon now launches what Canon had back in march 2010

wow everything in that toy sounds like they just want to immitate canon. they added a new button ( as if nikons dont already have enough) which is just like the canons to switch to video mode. the rolling shutter is probably still going to be horrible but they will make tonnes of sales because of their autofocus, which sucks. Im going to have to explain to clients that its shitty contrast focus and that its slow as fuck.

(Insert Nikon Fanboy comments here) haha. Seriously though I own a Nikon and I still agree with you. The autofocus in video mode is a joke and people SHOULD NOT buy the camera for that.

Sorry to dub post but because it's contrast focus just means it sucks even more.
