Nikon D60 trade

i have a chance to trade a nikon D60 for a nikon D100 with a 25-120 mm lens. is this a good trade?
 
well do you have any lens's with your d60? if not, than yes this is good. if you do, this is bad. The d100 only has a 6.3 effective megapixles, compared to the d60's 10mp. the d100 ISO max is 1600, compared to d60: 3200. d100 fps(frames per second) is 3, d60's is 3.5.
 
Nope, your next step up should be a D70/80 or if your rich D90, they all have motors in the body so you can AF on most older lenses. Commander mode so you can use a nikon speed-light wirelessly. Shoot RAW, AF/MF switch on the camera.
So on so fourth...
As for the MP thing, don't worry about that crap. "Mega pixels" is a cash scheme invented by camera companies and has no relation to image quality. If you want I can explain that, but I rather you just take my word
