Nikon D3000 Fisheye

As far as nikon goes, my experience with fisheye is limited to the nikon 10.5 fisheye http://imaging.nikon.com/products/imaging/lineup/lens/af/dx/af_dx_fisheye105mmf_28g_ed/index.htm. I really enjoyed shooting with it, super wide angle, nice clean shots.
Thia was shot with a D2X and the Nikon 10.5 fish

Yeah I would def. go the 10.5mm nikkor. Its expensive but produces great images. More 10.5mm stokage for you
