If anything I was critiquing, I made some positive comments, one negative about the editing overall and then expressed my subjective opinion. I'd even consider my comment about nicks skiing as a compliment but whatever, you kids love to find any reason to get mad at me so Ill let you be.

Kid ur Fuckboi like most kids on this site. I talked with him at woodward at copper and hes actually chill as fuck and not hes full of him self at all. Anyone saying he doesn't have style is a fucking idiot. This edit and the one 2 years ago from Mammoth are both on point. the switch 2 to shuffle 2 out at 1:35 was fuckin smooth and same with the sw 7.

When I say story I mean that you are able to see that somebody has put time into the edit and that there is a "mood" or a "meaning" that the editor has tried to make apparent in the edit.. I don't know if that makes sense to you...

When I say story I don't mean "ones upon a time yadayada..." It has to do with coherence in the succession of tricks.

All of your favourite edits have what I would call a "story"

I appreciate the critic. It's great to get feed back from other filmmakers that have a different eye and style. It's the best way to improve and I agree with you about the color and your comments. I was super rushed to finish the color grade before I left for Europe. Wish I have more time.

Ok then, but if you can't see that somebody has put a shitload of time into this, you're just blind. The mood the editor was going for is pretty apparent.. You could say that every edit out there is just the skier showing his bag o' trix

What did Nick Gayper do to you? I met him at my home town and he really hit me with some knowledge, or a rock... I don't remember I've been concussed for the past 2 weeks.
