Next step?

Hello NS. First thread from me!I'm able to do 180's 360's and do diffrent grabs too. I've tried the backflip on a self made jump, but I landed on my front fribs on a iceblock, and bended 2 ribs. My question is how can I convince myself that I can do a backflip? And what would my next step be? What trick? Thanks :-)

Do a back flip on a trampoline and air bag, then do a 540 with grabs, and after that I'd try a flat 3. Or you could just work on rails

You've got multiple paths you can go:

You can work on some flips on the tramp, Lincoln, misty, back flip, ect. Then slowly take it to snow.

You can work on rails, improve yer rail game

Or, you can work on spins. Try and 540, then try it with grabs. Try and 720, try that with grabs.

Or lastly, you could practice going off jumps switch, landing switch, doing rails switch, ect.

Do whatever you enjoy the most. It is FREEskiing after all. Your not limited to anything. Skiing is about fun, not getting better. Getting better at skiing is a common side effect.

id say go straight for the time space continuum then take your first left and go about a quarter mile down the way and then take your next right that is where you’ll find Steve stepp and all the other future spinners

I'm abel to do a backflip, frontflip, frontflip 180, frontflip 360, cork, and side flip on a trampoline. I will go straight ahead and attempt some of them on skis thank you :-)

Practice in steps, start on the trampoline, get comfortable. Once your comfortable enought to flip start trying more advanced air stunts like the cork

One bends his ribs by slamming down into an ice block with the ribs :-)

I'm abl to do backflip, front flip, cork, front 360, front 180 and side flip on a trampoline though, I will go practice to transfer it to the park, thanks for all the answers :-)
