Next Canadian Election?

Since confederation, only 1 out of 8 minority governments has lasted more than 2.5 years, and that was under Mackenzie King, one of this countries best Prime Ministers. In light of this, how long do you think it will be till the next Canadian Election?

The Liberals feel that NDP are asking too much to be the Balance of Power. They are hoping to form alliances with different parties for different issues. Do they actually think this is going to work? My guess is we'll have another election early in 2006.

i give it a year, the liberal party is pretty much hated in out gov. and there is most likely going to be no co-operation between the parties. and since its a minority gov. with 2 parties fairly big themselves. i dont believe much will get done in the next year and we're going to have to have another election called just so bills can get passed etc... we def. arent in a time of mr. king. people are way to selfish now and wont work together for the benefit of the people its pretty much a survival of the fittest.. fucking bastards

I have this sense of optimism for this one. Not sure why, but I'm giving them 2 years.

Besides, majority, minority, whatever,they never get anything done anyways.
