Newshcoolers in UBC-O

probably should have posted in regionals. im going into my second year at ubco its a sick school, lots of skiers around. I would probably pick up a big white pass, lots of people head up there a lot. Also as soon as snow starts falling at the hill reach up there on the weekend, they set up this big black tube you can hike

As for the fall definately check out VOCO (ubc's outdoors club) for everything from weekend camping trips, to rock climbing, biking, surfing trip last year etc. Theres also what seems to be a pretty solid biking club (mostly dh) if your into that
 
Thanks a lot for the info!! Are there regular buses from the University to big white even if the season hasn't started?
 
i dont think the buses start until the resort opens, so just meet up with somebody who has a car. seems to be lots of first years with cars
