Newschoolers needs a comeback

The man in charge of NS thinks like this, and people wonder why there isn't any money in the skiing industry

Did you not see the rest of his post though? Forums are a very small part of ad revenue. If it made a big difference, I'm sure NS would be posting up a storm trying to drive traffic into them like they do with other parts of the site haha.

Want more money going towards NS/the ski industry? Donate to NS. Buy products from companies you want to support. Shop local. Go to events, etc. (this isn't directed at you btw, just general thoughts and rambles)

I mean don't get me wrong were all about supporting the forums. It's a fantastic piece of Newschoolers.

The he thing is that we don't need these things to be mainstream. It's going to be better if we are left with a smaller group of people who are really passionate about chatting endlessly on skiing. Nothing could be better for us.

Sure its its not a huge money maker - but it's an awesome part of the site.

What we don't need is the droves of random fucksticks who are just here to get a rise out of people for the sole purpose of fucking with the world. It seems that the popularity of the site brought that with the changes in social media / the Internet as a whole all at once.

Will NS be the place it was originally going forwards? No. Will it be something which is a better place for the new revolution in skiing?

Absolutely.
