Has anyone here gotten an underage drinking charge and taken it to court and won?

I got one the other night, I blew realllllly low but they still called it an underage. I need this to go away.

I NEED YOUR HELP!! How should i go about getting this charge taken away???

I would assume if you blew anything you're fucked; if you've got alcohol in your system and you're underage, well that means you ingested alcohol and were underage
