me and cork5_thovex had a grand idea. we are going to purchase bands that have newschoolers.com on them. would anybody be interested in buying some. some of the money would go to newschoolers.com. we are thinking around $4.00 USD for the price. it might sound like a lot but some of the money is going back to newschoolers. what color would be best?

we were thinking orange. no other orginization that i know of has one in oragne. breast cancer has pink. as does hope. we were thinking around $4.00 because it will cost around $2.00-$2.50 to make and around $.50 to ship.

let me clarify something, the bracelets are goning to be ONE color with the writing stamped in like the livestrong ones. the words will be the SAME color as the bracelet is. the only words or pics on it will be newschoolers.com.

im pretty sure its possible to order them in different colors, so you could just like collect orders from people and then order them from the company that makes them.

nothing personal but your not getting at the point im going for. the good cause = NS get a %of profits, which will be like .25.

bad = lil kid making money off doing absolutly nothing, hell we are even coming up with the idea on what to make them. its not like hes making a product and we are buying it. we are making it and hes just getting the shit.

hell i can go get a band made myself and pay $2 instead of $4.50 or wahtever and then donate my $2.50 to NS which will be alot more than the .25 they will

actually @.75 cents donation and only keeping .25 cents as profit thats $375 dollars going to NS for only 500 bands sold. there are over 50000 people on NS. WIth a wopping $105 going to me and my buddy to cover every thing else.

you could make them rasta colors but if you want only one color id say go for bright orange, they would be dope, also if you can you should make two sizes like livestrongs so if you have a small wrist it wont fall off

if your talking about the live strong type bands i pitched that idea to cko and bishop many months ago and they were kind of wary...especially since the place i saw that makes em requires a minimum order of 500 bands and im guessing thats not cheap. did u find out how much it will cost to actually order the bands?

my school wanted to do this and i think they still are but the reason why they almost wearnt was because they do require a limited amount of order and the press that makes it cost a little bit a moola, im not sure on either of the numbers though. hopefully you do your research

those things cost about 50 cents a peice to get made. you guys would be making a good amount of money off them if you are charging 4 dollars for them. also, why neon green or orange? what does that have to do with newschoolers? go for white or blue, those both make a little more sense color wise.
