I ordered some parts for my computer yesterday and there was something wrong with the address of the credit card, so they told me to call them. Every time i call it says, "all people are full, blah blah blah, please stay on the line, we'll be with you momentarily". I WAITED FOR 45MIN. AND STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!. I've tried calling about 30 tmes and none of the times i got to talk to anyone. Anyone else have this problem with newegg?

not new egg specifically, but dude all freaking companies are like wait a moment and you wait and hour

i called apple at one point in time and i left the phone there for 30 minutes and checked in occasionally
