Every Tuesday night at a gym in totem lake (kirkland) from 7:30 to 8:30. Price is $10 dollars a session.

Equipment consists of 2 big up trampolines, one with a harness, A double mini, and various other tramps, foam pit etc.

If anyone is interested i can get an adress for you

 
its certainly worth it, helps with a lot of air awareness and of the sort, fun for sure, get some damn good exercise while your at it, great stuff

all you guys are gonna do is bounce around the room. i only like trampoline classes that are hard core, one at a time, and that are dedicated to training only. no fun should be had on a trampoline, TRAINING ONLY, NO FUN!

 
that place is fukn retarted anything that is cool which is highly dangerous or fun is not aloud.. or atleast when i went we had to do somersaults and tow touches and that was last year

Bring loose but not too loose pants, strong socks with no holes, and a bottle of water. Go inside and say you're here for paul's tramp class, they will set you up, if you're older than 21 just say you're 20 (their insurance won't cover anyone older than 21)
