New to freeskiing.. What ski should I get?

Hey guys, Thanks for looking at this post.

I am just getting into freeskiing and need to buy a pair of skis. I am 5'10, 160 and can't decide what type of ski i want to buy. I have been looking into the Volkl Walls, K2 Fugatives, and the Head, J.O pros. I am a fairly new skier so i don't have enough experience to decide between a softer ski and a stiffer one, and haven't really spent a lot of time in the park, but now that i'm in college, the local mountain has mostly park. I have really only done a few jumps and rollers.

Any likes or dislikes or any other skis that i should be looking at? Also Stiffer or Softer ski?

Thanks SO much everyone!

I concur, and I concur.

I think Fujatives would be the best out of the skis you named. They are the cheapest by a good bit, so you don't have to worry about blowing a ton of cash on you're first ski. You can find last years model on websites like www.Backcountry.com or www.evogear.com for >$200. They are a pretty soft, poppy ski, and word is they are pretty good on groomers as well as park.

The fujis are noodles. They are a lot of fun, but if you are planning on going fast I might think about something else. Its not that you can't go fast on them, I rode them for a few years and loved them, but they do get some chatter. Never really bothered me, but you might like a stiffer ski. Maybe the Public Enemy or Xtreme.
Don't let me convince you not to get the fuji, I'm just telling you what I think about them. I would get the 179 fa show.

Thanks so much for all of your ideas and information! I ended up getting a pair of 07/08 Volkl Walls if anyone wants to know.. They are really sweet and i can't wait to ride! Thanks again so much everyone for the input.
