New Skis!

Hey NS

Have just got back from Canada to Aus and my two year old K2 presses have started to delam. Along with that the shotty construction means there is basically no graphic left on top, big chips out of the topsheet and a couple core shots along with my base drying out mysteriously. I'll keep em for a beater ski for Perisher or other dicking around but am looking for a ski from around 95ish-110ish underfoot for all mountain and some park shredding. Parents have said they'd shout me some bindings if I pay for the skis.

Interested in:

J Skis: Vacation (Cosmic Octopus is badass)

Armada: ARV 96

On3p: Kartel 98's

Faction: Candide 1.0

More???

I'm 15, 6"2', 200lb's, ski in BC Canada so let me know which you'd go for? Also going to get them shipped to Canada for my cousins to hold onto until I go back and pick em up.

Have the Kartel 98s and love them. Handle pretty much everything I throw at them, playful due to the rocker, still really stable.

Im 6´3 and ride the 186.

Thanks for the input! I've heard of On3p's incredible build quality and sweet sticks. Where do you ski? And what do you think about those other skis?

Those are some good options. I'd also consider the arv 106 as well. It's a really badass do everything ski. The candide 2.0 is super fun as well definitely alittle narrower there's also the 3.0 which is 108 underfoot. I guess it all just depends if u want the ski for more all mtn or if u want it more for park.

Of your other options I only rode the Candide 1.0 for one run, its definitely more park oriented but felt like a really good ski as well.

I ski the in the european alps.

When I got the Faction CT 2.0's, I was worried they were going to be a little too fat for the amount of park I ski. After a few weeks on them though, I could not be happier with my choice. They absolutely rip all over the mountain, and make for a good 1 ski quiver. I have heard that the edges are a little stronger on the 1.0, so if you're going to be sending big disasters on DFD's all day then maybe go with those instead. In terms of an all mountain ski though, I would still say go with the 2.0
