yo everyone im 110 pounds and 5'4 looking for a good ski on rails and jumps but some powder also. my price range is 200-375 + k all around
 
dang. i dont think you can get much with that.
but Line Masterminds are in that price range and they are super fun skis. i ride them and love them. super soft, still hold up nice on jumps. 167cm for you ?
ive never tried them outside of the park really. welll riding tot he park but this video explains alot more..

If you are spending most of your time in the park the Domain will work perfectly for you. Since you are on the lighter side a 90mm waist should do you decent in softer snow but my opinion is symmetrical skis are kind of odd in powder and center mount means keeping your weight way in the back seat. However at the price you would be getting a solid ski.
 
You must be looking in all the wrong places! I got my brand new pair of '11 Moment rockers for $360...You just have to have superb interweb searching skills
