The shop that mounted my ski's said that new ski's did not require being waxed or tuning the edges...I would have thought that a coat of wax wouldn't hurt the ski's before riding. should a new ski be waxed before riding? or how long should you wait before waxing?

no you dont need to wax a new ski before riding. unless the base wasnt covered and may be dirty

'some say i'm that girl... i say, wow that's wonderful! but you're still not getting any. now quit sniffing me! i don't even know you!'

...then fade away
