New Ski Photography website

Hey guys,

Just a quick one to say I have a new site www.theskiphotographer.com. If anyone follows my other site they'll know that one got a little taken over with general photography stuff so I started the new site to deal just with the ski stuff I do. It's not 100% done, but close enough and expect a few extra features soon.

That picture with the heli / skier is amazing.
I like the flow of the site and it's much easier to find where you want to go.
 
Bookmarked, good stuff though. So basically if I wanna hear all about your ski adventures then go here, but everything else photo related will be on the other site?

Some people just wanted to see the ski stuff and it was getting too swamped on the other site. Now it's easy to differentiate.

I love it! There's definitely a bunch of helpful material for every photographer on there. Hopefully you can keep adding more content, cuz I'll definitely read it.
 
Just spent well over 45 minutes on your site... If i have a GoPro, not $2,000 to spend on lighting and want to film Backyard night sessions what should I use for lighting? Could I go to Wal-Mart and pick up anything? Thanks man... EXCELLENT site!

As for walmart GoPro lighting..... The GoPro will be your weak link there as you can't set the white balance. You'll probably never get white looking snow , it'll always be yellow if you use lights.
 
wow great website. The "ski and snowboard photos 101" section should come in pretty handy for me since i am just getting into photography.
