Try changing them from ArmsUL.PNG and ARMSDL.PNG to just ArmsUp.png and ArmsDown.png

im making a photo walkthrough right now

ok so once you have downloaded it(presumably to my downloads file, but it dosent matter) find it. it will be called
NSNSNSNSNSNSNS
then ( with WINRAR installed) right click->extract here
a window should open that looks like this, let it do its thing (should only take 5 seconds or so)
you will then have a new folder in the same location as the original winrar file called NSNSNSNSNSNSNS, the difference being that it is now unzipped from rar, open that folder, then open the next folder called Jibbin+, then look for the icon highlighted below, it is an application called Jibbin+ double click that and the game starts.
after you have comfirmed that it works you can go back and move the file called Jibbin+ which is in the file called NSNSNSNSNSNSNS to wherever you want by cut pasting.
