You'll have to ignore Phrosty. Aparently his butthole and a rather large ski pole had an encounter sometime in the past and he hasn't bothered to extricate it yet. As far as twins, there's a bunch of them out there. PE's are good, Troublemakers. Ski construction is such these days that everything is pretty much close as far as performance so long as it's designed for what you want to do with it.
As for bindings, you could get by with a P10. I have P12 Jibs and I'm a lot lighter than you, but I got a deal on them. Look is hands down the best binding on the market right now, although the Line reactor is looking to make a run at that title. Best advice, check out the reviews here, go to a good shop in your area that will give you quality advice (as opposed to selling you what they have.), and read around. Good luck dude. Rip it up.
