NEW mario kart

yah, a very good game for the wii. super fun. wish you could talk online though. not the stupid selective messages.
 
The design is kinda shitty...can you even switch your controls up?

The game will be fun though...i still like double dash better :)
 
Just played it the other day, it's way fun, haha some of the weapons are soo cheap, if your in last place on the final lap your pretty much guaranteed a spot in the top 4 because of the cheap ass weapons you'll pick up. But it's sad that this game definitely has worse graphics than the one on gamecube.
 
Its fun but it seems like they half assed it so bad. The design/layout/theme is super weird feeling
 
It is an overall fun game, especially when you have friends over. I do like all the new power ups and new levels. Its just a bunch of fun.
 
The AI is kinda dumb...from 10th place to 3rd place all seem to consistantly ride in a clump...you get a powerup to pass one, you seem to pass em all.
 
I got it and I use the nun chuck rather then the wheel. its easier. Besides that it's a fun game. I own with King Boo
 
They did, but why play him when you got a strait pimp like Toad? They have a shit-load of retro courses too.
 
yes, mario cart is an awesome game, My ps2 collects dust but the 64 is always out. I think that my ps2 is outdated by now even so that makes the 64 really oldschool but stil it rules.
 
My sister came down and visited and brought here WII last week...And that entire week was compiled of food and Mario kart/Bowling obstacles

i cant stand this game anymore... i stopped playing it cause its SOOOOOO cheap. ive been in 1st before, then halfway through the last lap get hit by 3 blue shells, go to last and then get like 2 items that get me back up to first.... so dumb. and the battle is just as bad. n64 mario kart is still the best
 
If I hear I blue shell coming i look behind me to see where everyone else is then i drive infront of em and cram on the brakes so we all get smoked by the exploding shell.

I never go down alone :P
 
yeah but if your that far ahead your fine anyways :P

You definately need to have a few tricks up your sleeve playing this version because having 12 people per race can get super frustrating with the items (lighting, POW, etc). Sometimes i kill everyone, sometimes i throw wiimotes...its a love/hate relationship :P
 
I held the eighth fastes time in all North/South America during the second tournament in June- the one where you rode mushroom gorge backwards.
