New krypton vs old krypton

Anyone have any feedback on the fit between the new Krypton model and the previous model pictured above? I am currently skiing in the boot above in the resort and I love it for the most part. I am curious aside from the flex of the new krypton 130 ID is there any fit differences? My current boot has a few small but manageable cracks forming.

My local shop doesn’t have my size so I am looking for beta before I ask them to bring them in for me.

I’ve never skied the old Krypton shell, but sounds like it was a smaller fit compared to the current KR2 shell (I think ppl just call the current shell KR2 cuz the name of the first model with the new shell).

Anyways, are you certain the plastic on those old Kryptons are still in good shape? They look pretty old.

Thanks for that, I skimmed the thread but I will go back.

They are well loved not gona lie. I got them as old stock so they have only maybe 200 or so days on them. But it is time to upgrade.

Reviving this thread cause I had the opportunity to try on the krypton 110ID and the fit was pretty dam good with a taller toe box for room to breath down there. A bit more volume over the instep maybe but it was dam close. Only concern was it was a bit soft.

Can someone educate me on the differences between the krypton id110 and the IL Moro? Seems like the shell is the same but the Moro has a slightly stiffer tongue? If that’s all the difference then I will get the shop to order in a set of those and call it done.

thanks again for your help!
