ive had that cd for about 3 weeks. i got it off limewire, but im gonna still buy it cause its so sweet.

is it actually the real one? cus i downloaded it off bitorrent and limewire and it's shitty and only a couple of the tracks match the actual track listing.

kayne west tried too hard to be a concious rapper.. the album is a terribel attempt to become lyrically strong.. he needs to stick to catchy beats and generic rhymes.... kayne needs to stick to producing and leave hip hop to the truely underground

I'm not a big fan of Kanye so I do have a bias view on iit but I heard his CD and to me it sounded like his last one.

I agree with madchild and what the fuck are you talking about "if all producers...there would be no..." that doesn't even make sense, Kanye is just ripping off what rawkus did and putting a new spin on what the rza did production wise with a whole lotta sugar.

It makes perfect sense, You guys all complain about mainstream rap nowadays and when he said that kanye should stick to producing, that appears to say that if Kanye should, everybody worse then him should to, so the rapping could stick to the underground. If no mainstream rappers rapped and simply produced, the underground rappers wouldnt be so underground anymore.

I like his new CD.... People tend to just hate on music that isnt underground... deversify, kanye has tight producing skills, his raps are decint and i like his flow.... I listen to Everthing From people under the stares , slick rick , guns n roses, mike jackson, three dog night... kanye new cd was sweet with mostly high points

yeah it's crazy good, like nothing else in hip hop right now. a lot of the songs were produced by the same guy who produced fiona apple and they have this sweet, unique feeling to them. it's just a totally unique sound. besides, who else raps about african civil wars for diamond trades? gone and hey mama are my favorites. it was definitely worth the delays.

 
i hate kanye, i saw some show nd he was crying ebcause he didnt get an award. and its not that i ahte it by default because its mainstream, i love nas and he is just as mainstream.

Underground, mainstreem, who fucking cares, it's good music that makes your head bang. This album is way better than his first. he's treated this album like a Babu album, he produced sick beats and brought in all the MC tallent he could to make it hot. he's got Nas, Common, Camron, Game, and Jay Z all on this. It's a good album, I don't care if he's got songs on MTV, that's a bull shit reason to not like and appreciate somebody's music...
