New Jets

there’s more information than you think on them

sounds like a good deal to me if your unknown $500-600 skis will last longer than any other ski at the same price point

I haven't found much about them and the big problem is jet changes things up every year, last years model sucked ass, the year before was amazing, and now this year there's 2 models and they're all gone? Does jet do multiple drops or it's one drop that you can randomly find and that's it?

I guess I’ve never had em, but heard they were toothpicks last drop.

However I’ve see people hyping up poachers all the time for durability, and my wides have held up great so far which are around that price

aside from the snapping allegations jet doesn’t use lego plastic as their sidewalls

Quite literally everyone I know who has jets already snapped them this season

however I tried the second gen jets (with smiley on tip and tail) and they rode super well

all of my takes are from owning second gens, they have the 96s back and it might not have the same issues as the blues.

buyer beware.

no fucking way, how are they?

Stiffer and more stable than the seraph/jet blue flex still enough flex on tips to butter, but changing from wets to the wikis, the added stability is amazing. Can stomp most tricks no problem.

Jems loves his jets

I wonder how many pairs they actually make cause nobody outside of newschoolers is buying them and I think the only one on here with a pair is Jems.

Yeah facts I’m obviously the smartest person on this website by a nautical mile.

For real though I don’t think they make a whole lot, gonna go out on a limb and say maybe 30-40 blues were made. They sell out “fast” because you have fiending little gremlins checking their website multiple times per day to see if any are up for sale.

Then their “riders” will post promos for the new drop after the fact they’ve already sold out from word of mouth that they’re up on the site, which is actually fucking hilarious.

30 or 40? thats cap asf

Of each size. And now that I think about it that is cap it’s gotta be 40 or above considering their “team” and such.

there's a bunch of people with blues they probably just intentionally sell pretty limited to create demand which it has

I dented my tail's edge and delaminated the base layer at the end from trying 270 on a downrail with my 21/22 Poachers and ofc crack the edges underfoot cuz I'm shit despite detuning the crap out of them. Got it fixed thankfully with epoxy and just yesterday I messed up the sealant in my pivot's heel piece screws so back to the shop with my babies. For being a mediocre rider, some silly stuff sure happens to my schticks.

Legend has it I saw a lady with Jetskis back in December of ol 2022, must of been luck of the lifty
