New iTunes Problem

Ever since I downloaded iTunes 7.0, all the videos I have in my library won't play. The video window will pop up and I will hear the sound but all I am able to see are green and pick fuzzy lines. This is getting really irritating and I have checked the apple support site and their discussion forums and found nothing helpful. So the next step is to ask NS. Does anybody know what the problem is, or better yet, how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
 
youre a dumbass. why dont you just go straight to ns? what the fuck could apple support possibly tell you that someone in here couldnt?
 
wait for a new version, LOADS of people are having problems. i can't even play music without it stuttering and stopping just because i'm opening a webpage
 
yea, i got the stuttering thing to, so i was thinking of downloading the previous version again if i dont get it working properly. Does anyone know if and/or where to download and old version of itunes?
 
ive had problems too, i updated my ipod and it fucked it up, so i uninstalled it and reinstalled the old version and the old one wont even open, its pretty screwed up
 
u've tried restarting ur com, right? thats what my problem was at first with the new itunes, i just never got around to resarting and no movies would work, and songs wouldn't play
 
Yea, i've restarted my computer. No dice.

So i messing around with some video files i have and most of them are in windows media player format, but since that format doesnt convert to my ipod, i dont put those on itunes until after i convert them. So i put the videos in windows media format and they play fine on itunes, but not on my ipod. This is fishy. Real fishy.
 
i cant update my nano. like the firmware, i cant use the ipod updater that i downloaded from apple to upgrade it. its dumb
