New Ice Coast Edit, Thoughts?

Pretty much just the classic NS setup, that was with a t2i + 50mm 1.4 and Tokina 11-16. And I've noticed that once again NS does not dissapoint with the 1 ratings, but oh well.

some real smooth glide shots!

one thing that bothered me was that the in camera audio came in only one ear for me

See I've been having problems with that and I can't figure out what it is. There's a switch for L, C, or R channels on my preamp, but when I put it on C as it should be the levels don't even move, but work perfectly fine on L or R. I set it on L and left it and then couldn't really tell The difference on my computer but Im assuming it's obvious with headphones. I'm trying to figure out how to fix it but it's not working as of now.

nice little edit. and yeah since it records on a mono track, just copy and paste the same track in a new spot right below it on the timeline and then just move the pan fader until you get them balanced

i liked it! the filming and colors were so nice!

how do u get such good picture out of your t2i? im still trying to figure mine out, i like the slowmo part of the 1260 60P but its not as sharp, so what do u film in? im jealous of how nice the video is!

720/60p should look fine. what lens are you using? make sure your focus is dead on, and remember your lens will be sharpest around f/5.6-8

I can't quote since I'm on mobile but to cgski, you definitely do want the right aperture to have the sharpest picture, but a lot of it has to do with your render settings as well. If you wanna send me a screenshot of your settings I'll let you know how they are in comparison to mine.

That edit was pretty prime. your transitions where nice and clean, the song flowed with the style of skiing, the song and skiers complemented aeach other perfectly, this could possibly get video of the day.
