new helmet idea...

hey, I have been doing some thinking...Why hasn't a company made a new helmet that is really low profile. Something that protects your head more than a beanie, but less than a huge helmet. This would be perfect cause it would give you a steezy look, and still be safe. What do you guys think?

cause no matter what you make a helmet out of nothing will save you from cracking open your head like good ol plastic and high density impact foam.

the magic material is carbon/glass weave, and the company that's doing it is called sweet protection (www.sweet.no) they are extremely lo profile, compared to the normal shit (though not quiet like a beanie). the reason you don't see them is because they are very expensive.

giro has made the best effort towards making helmets decent looking so you don't resemble an idiot on the slopes. boeri helmets are awful lookin in my opinion
