New gear for next year?

I need new skis and bindings for next year and noticed that everything is going on sale for the spring/summer so I was thinking of making some money over the summer and buying this stuff:

skis:

or
http://www.theskibum.com/ski-snow/ski-equipment/mens-skis/k2-press-ski-s1303041

bindings:
http://www.theskibum.com/ski-snow/ski-equipment/ski-bindings/2014-free-ten-7224m

I am 6" about 150 lbs and shoe size 13

Does anyone have any comments or suggestions?

Definitely don't get those bindings, basically a kid's binding, and I think K2's press skis are more of a price point park ski over a good one. Look around for end of season deals and you can probably snag a good park ski for ~350 and better bindings for $150 or less.

Pretty much everything you just listed are terrible, marker 10s will break, masterminds will snap/delam,not sure about the K2's but i'd say you should reconsider your choices

I am not really a serious skier just looking for a fun park ski that fits and is not expensive (skis+bindings under $500)

dude, really dont get the masterminds or the free tens or the presses

you will be disappointed when they last you half a season and then break when you start progressing

I've had the masterminds for two years now and my friend had a pair of presses from like 2007 that his little brother uses now, I just wanted to know if they are still that good quality.

I also found these, how bad can a cosmetic defect be?

they dont have that level of quality

k2 makes those skis in very large quantities for sports authority, dont get those

cosmetic defects dont really change anything

quality over quantity man, go with some chronics or shreditors and they'll last you a lot longer
