I honestly don't think anything would change for me in terms of smoking if weed were legalized haha, that's pretty cool though. I honestly wish Canadian politics would start doing this kind of thing though.

Bout time NH, Still im not moving back to my beloved 603. 303 > 603 Regardless, the stigma that a lot of New Englanders (mostly older people) have about weed is not going to change, just cause they initiated medical marijuana laws doesn't mean that suddenly every things different. Also i want to see what are the requirements for patients, because i wouldn't be surprised if they limit it to only cancer patients or people with terminal illnesses. Still, this is great news.

I have a friend here in spfld who has nothin wrong with him and he's already got a card.

It's simply a stepping stone to full recreational. You shouldn't need a fucking prescription to smoke weed if you can already drink alcohol at your own accord, which is far worse.

and they're starting the push for full on legalization, starting with.....

NASCAR races lol

They said it's only for serious/terminal conditions. At least we finally made a move here in NH. Our motto - probably the best in the country - and Lynch was going against it 100%.

But sure, lets move last call back to 2am instead..

This is clearly bullshit, this just happened there are no dispensaries yet. And yes you do need a prescription for medicinal marijuana.. like most medicines. Now in my opinion should you need a card for weed? Fuck No. But thats not how things work. Your freind might have a card through another state he does not have a medical marijuana through the state of NH. I guarantee you this.

Springfield Mass, asshat- its so he can not be fined or arrested for posession and it's fantastic. He has his paperwork and will have his actual card in i believe a month? No idea where/if there are even any dispensaries around yet and he's the first person I know to have one.

Seriously though, who the fuck convinced you that you're in charge of the fucking Internet lately? Get off your high horse already, it's annoying.

DC also opened its first dispensary! any state that leans towards medical is only tipping the scale more in the right direction.

I am not sure what is going to happen in Washington and Colorado with legal herbs because the DEA has been attacking dispensaries in Washington state with in the passed week. All they do is take meds and documents and leave. The dispensaries then insist on staying open which they do. It's just a complete waste of tax payer money and the dea is just running in circles. The DEA does nothing in terms of hindering or stoping medical marijuana, why do they yet still raid dispensaries? They make absolutely no progress in what they do and need to fucking understand that. Catch cartels running drugs across the boarder not hard working americans trying to make a living.

You fucking retard. I was clearly talking about marijuana legislation in NH, Mass decriminalized weed years ago, OLD FUCKING NEWS....

Who makes money from the DEA stealling herbs from dispensaries? Only the DEA agents, and they are basically wasting our tax dolars and throwing them away by taking weed and destroying it. They make no progress at all. The dispensaries stay open and they waste man power to "investigate" an on going investigation. No one was arrested and they just steal 2 grand of dro from multiple dispensaries and call break time to further investigate dispensaries. THEY WASTED 2 YEARS trying to take 2 grand of weed from 4 different dispensaries in the Seattle area and no one went to jail ( which is a good thing). I fail to understand how people support them, they are so inefficient and swimming up a raging river that just pushes them further, and further down stream. The DEA needs serious budget cuts because they are gutting us. They have spent 175 million on the eradication of ditch weed (weed that fucking grows on the side of the road or in forests because its in its natural habitat not from people planting it) Yet mexican cartels grow 30,000 acres of ganja a year and export in tons into the US, and the DEA wastes time going after the easy bait dispensaries. The DEA is fighting nature and 25 million people who smoke the herb annually the odds are so damn far against them.

DEA jobs are good jobs. the only good jobs left in this society are gub'mnet jobs.

im a medical patient, so i get your point. but you really don't understand why they don't want to defund the DEA or any other major government agency?

Well they shouldn't be eradicating ditch weed using $175 million at the tax payers expense. government jobs are good jobs for sure, I almost have been persuaded to join airforce or navy and become an officer after college and do 20 years and retire early so I understand government jobs are good.

Its just ridiculous when they waste our money on a ditch plants, or on dispensaries following state law. I would be way more satisfied if they put that work they put into busting dispensaries into busting cartel smuggling operations. There is so much mexican weed being grown, and most drugs come from Mexico and that war isn't even close to being over. If they continue to be carless in their decisions of irradiating marijuana that is grown in the US they deserve to get a big budget cut. But that will never happen unless our economy goes way down the shitter.

I was simply attempting to inform you that Mass's restrictions already seem to lean towards the lenient side and not "cancer patients" - which is relevant since they share a border and will likely follow our lead. Our enactment is still in its infancy as well so how it's being handled is of great importance... You fucking paint huffing douchefountain.
