A$AP Rocky

Ab Soul

Kendrick Lamar

Schoolbay Q etc.
 
Are you fucking kidding me? The only rapper in that list that is even relatively close to good is Joey Bada$$ and with a name like that you'd expect him to be absolutely trash.

Look, you guys don't need to post all of the old school shit. I am fully aware of how amazing rappers like biggie, rakim, gangstarr, krs one, crooklyn, big l, quest etc. are. All im fucking saying is that to me the shit comin out of new york right now seems to be better than all the other shit. just my opinion

If you don't like them than clearly you don't know shit for music. Joey Bada$$ is clearly the most talented of the artist mentioned, but this new shit coming out is saving hiphop, and pretty fucking fast, coming from the days of Lil B and Juicy J. A$AP is known to slay. but i also heard Big Sean's crew is deeper than Wu Tang's... any validity in this statement?
 
Oops, mobile, French Montana has a lot of dope songs like Crooked Eye, Playing in The Wind, New York Minute with Jadakiss & Goin' In For Da Kill With the Coke Boys, but other than that, he trys so hard to be a southern rapper that he kind of sucks sometimes.
