not true. its super stiff, so as soon as it gets past its flex point it will deteriorate. it probably wont snap, but it will get really floppy in that one area, because the fibers will loosen.
some guy rides em at our resort, but thats all i know. they seem super light, he whips those skis around like its nothing, but they dont seem unstable.
they suck, no one likes them, all the reviews ive heard from the guys i work with at my shop say they suck because they are too light, idk how goo dtheyd be for park though, id like to try a pair
look at the scoop 142.... pretty much a carbon fiber spatula..pretty sick...some guy i kno rode em at the bir dand said he loved him in the deep stuff...doesnt even feel like your wearing skis
I've mounted a few pairs of their all mountain cabron skis. They're pretty stiff but so light, it's incredible. I put touring bindings on one of them, the guy was stoked on the setup.
my dad rides them...and he absolutle loves them...and kno they arnt that stiff at all....he says it is the best ski and easiest ski to ride he has ever rode..he says it turns and flexes sooo easy. and yea they are alot of money but i got them from my work at cost so he payed like 450 or 500 for them. and they are comparable to the k2 apache line. but i dunno he loves them and says he will never ride anything else in his life
yeah my poles are carbon fiber and they bend like mad without breaking so im just guessing the skis might too? i dont know tho it sounds like a sic idea but just hella bling skrillaz that i wouldnt wanna spend when i could get a sic light all mountain ski for a lot less
ok you said up a few posts that once you flex them too far (the goodes) they will detriorate and then they will be floppy. wouldnt the same happen to armadas............. if what you said was true about the goodes im pretty sure it would happen to the armadas also.
it looks like everyone has different opinions, it s prolly just a preference, personal opinion. they are really well made skis but you may not like how they ski compared to what you have now
