New Camera. New lense?

Thank you. Seriously. Fun, I google "Sports photographer" and all I see are photographers with huge lenses.. not 50mm.....
 
ahh ok i understand what your saying. It makes perfect sense, but to me, i really dont mind. If i am in a gym taking photos of a sports game, its most likely for the school paper so the photo will be in b@w and it will be small enough that none of the above is noticable. I prefer to take sports photos outside for sure.
